For our records/concert programs ... PLEASE Print and Complete a Large Corporate Contribution/Sponsorship Form, then mail it to us at the address listed on the bottom of the form.
We will also need a Vector, jpg and/or pdf file of your official company logo for printing. Please email these logo files to lexcochoralsoc.org as soon as possible to be included in our season brochure.
